Repeal The Homeland Security Act

To:  U.S. Congress

Immediate repeal of The United States Homeland Security Act of 2002. This includes the entire act! Bring the US Coast Guard back under the Department of Defense. Disband The Department of Homeland Security. Disband The Transportation Security Authority and their intrusive tactics used for airport screening.
