We support the Presidio Trusts study for traffic calming measures to mitigate the Doyle Drive impact on our neighborhoods. Without planning, there will be dramatically more risk to the Presidio and the surrounding neighborhoods from more freeway traffic passing through the Presidio to and from the new Girard Street exit off of the reconstructed Doyle Drive. The Presidio is trying to moderate traffic congestion, improve safety, and preserve the park.

We appreciate the Presidio Trusts proactive planning to preserve the safety, character and value of the Presidio and our neighborhoods.
