Curbside Recycling in Chatham County

Re: Petition for Amendment to include curbside recycling to Article 1, Chatham County Charter

We, the undersigned residents of Chatham County, pursuant to The Georgia Constitution, Article IX, § II, Paragraph I, hereby move to amend the Chatham County Charter, Article 1, §1-126 (10) to add:

In unincorporated portions of the county, waste services shall include single-stream curbside recycling of glass, plastic, aluminum, newspapers and magazines.

I hereby swear that:

1. I have personally or electronically signed this petition inside the boundaries of Chatham County;
2. I am a resident and was registered to vote in the last general Chatham County election;
3. I reside at the address indicated directly following my signature.
