The Best in Class Program also consisted of English as Second Language, foreign language, and minority teachers.

To:  State Representatives

We as Science, Math and Special Education teachers were promised by the Student Loan People that we would be able to receive loan forgiveness for 20\% of the total of the loan for each year we taught in that specific field. This promise has now been broken. We the undersigned encourage you to reinstate the promise made to those of us who have already incurred the student loans to fulfill the critical education areas.
