HRC Travel Website

Instead of a petition, consider this a poll of people who support the Human Rights Campaign. The following is a potential fundraiser for HRC. If you would consider using the website, please add your name to help show your support.

"Over 80% of people use online websites to book their travel such as airline tickets, hotel reservations and rental cars. Most of you probably book through one of these sites as well. Examples: Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, Priceline, etc.

For those of you who do already use one of these websites to book your travel, please answer the following:

If HRC had a travel website much like Expedia/Travelocity and if the prices were the SAME or BETTER for:

-the same room at the same hotel
-the same seat on the same plane
-the same rental car on the same date

and if 100% of the profits collected by HRC went to support equality projects, would you use the site to book your travel?

This is a potential fundraiser for the Human Rights Campaign, not a current active site. I am using an online petition service to log how many would consider using the website.

If just 1% of the members/supporters used the site to book their travel, HRC could potentially make over $750,000 a year from this program!"
