The Term Constitution means the system of basic laws and principles that rule the nature, functions and LIMITS of a government. It stems from the consent and will of the people whom it governs.
Each European Country has their own constitution with law about the rights of the individual citizen and a governments responsibility to honors those rights and guaranteed freedom for their citizens.
A constitution is set of rules for government, often codified as a written document that establishes principles of an autonomous political entity. In the case of countries, this term refers specifically to a national constitution defining the fundamental political principles, and establishing the structure, procedures, powers and duties, of a government. By limiting the government's own reach, most constitutions guarantee certain rights to the people.
The Lisbon Treaty is a glorified term for the EU Constitution, which is designed to over rule each European Countries constitution at all.
The Lisbon Treaty is the same as 2005 EU Constitution and was rejected by the French and Dutch in the same year 2005 with referendums and after re-writing the EU Constitution into the Lisbon Treaty was all referendums cancelled for all of Europeans citizen except for citizen of Ireland.
The Right to vote is the most basic element of democracy and democratic society.
The Act of changing the term Constitution to term Treaty are 500 millions Europeans being denied the basic human right to vote about their own future.
