To:  Heinz

In response to the Heinz Top This TV Challenge, there are a number of videos that were submitted while following the proper two-step procedure that was listed on the Heinz website; 1) Uploading the Video to Top This TV Challenge Contest Page on YouTube; 2) Registering the video on the topthistv.com web site. After submitting the registration information, each person received the following message: "Congratulations, you have successfully been entered into the contest!” All of us had the submissions uploaded and registered by August 6, 2007 at midnight.

On August 15, 2007, Heinz decided to inform us that there was another step that had to be taken, in which they say, “The first step was to.... "go to the Top This TV Contest Brand Channel on YouTube and join the Contest Group. When you have successfully joined the Contest Group, click 'Upload Videos.'"

This was not included on the Heinz submission page!! Please sign this petition stating that Heinz should reopen the contest so that everyone that put in countless number of hours to produce commercials for Heinz, free-of-charge, can have their videos included in the contest!

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
