Making Shocking Collars Illegal

If you believe aniamls have feelings then I ask you to sign this petition. Animal abuse is a terrible thing, but that isn't the matter at hand. The matter at hand is that congress is refusing to make electric toture(Aka the use of a shocking collars) illegal. I am starting this petition online to reach people I may not be able to reach otherwise. Not only am I asking you for your John Hancock, but I'm also challenging you to do more. Start a local petition around your neighbor hood or bug people at your local value store. Make a copy of the signatures you get and mail a copy to congress. I myself have a dog and I can't imagine watching someone "shock" her. Togther we can make a differnce, a change for better of society.
