Appeal to STOP action against Iran

Dear Senator Hillary Clinton,

It is with concern I write to you about the escalating situation and stand-off with Iran. About three weeks ago, indications pointed that the United States may have been setting up a solid increased presence in the region preparing for a possible aerial strike against Iran. This information was derived from http://www.antiwar.com/orig/hirsch.php?articleid=10360. Now, from various other sources and the news media itself, this has manifest itself to be true.

I write to you concerned about the situation that is likely to incite and increase hatred for the United States, and their policies, under the leadership of President Bush. This can be construed as an act of aggression not by terrorists, as the US continuously points out, but that of the United States and its key allies: Israel & the United Kingdom.

We all know the war in Iraq has failed miserably, the implementation of the Middle East Road Map has collapsed, and the future for the Middle East has never looked so bleak because of the Western ideology and acts of such aggression.

As a Shia Muslim, and a US Citizen, as much as I enjoy the freedom of the United States, it is limited to simply the physical aspects of this so-called freedom. The spiritual and mental aspects are targeted un relentlessly with the increased alarm of compounding situations in the Middle East.

Since you are running for President, I can only say that I am, to an extent, confident that should you be elected, such demands of the US may ease in the rest of the world, however, should an attack at Iran appear before 2008, we will watch the entire world collapse in a self-made battleground that will not be safe to anyone. This would be in its entirety, thanks to the current President, his Secretary of State, and no less, Ehud Omert, the trio of trouble.

I am asking Congress through you and your office, to consider the grave circumstances looming ahead of us, and to act on passing laws that will curb the increased tensions whereby the prospect of peace may be, in its slightest form, be seen.

Each country is entitled to its own rights and policies, just as the US, and no country has a right to demand or implement it to others under the guise of "War on Terror" or "Democracy". George Gallaway says it best, and speaks the truth.

I hope you will consider this, and will be able to make a drastic change soon, before it is late.
