A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO
Vote Out Of Office
Members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate
by popular vote of all voters in the country at each 2 year election cycle.


"WE THE PEOPLE" of the United States are NOT fairly represented by our elected official to the U.S. congress. Our voices are not heard. Our tax payments are wasted. Any ONE member of congress from the smallest and most extreme political constituency can penalize the whole country with ridiculous and costly endeavors. Term Limits have not worked. Political embarrassment to that extreme political constituency has not rid us of those road blocking congress people. We the people of the United States require that all of the U.S. congress represent all the citizens of the United States and be financially and ethically responsible, so that, "WE THE PEOPLE", can progress to a more prosperous and happy life.
The Empower The Citizen Amendment will allow a national election to vote OUT of office any U.S. congress person. Any U.S. congress person who receives more than 10\% of the popular national vote to vote them OUT of office in any 2 year federal election cycle and will immediately be expelled from office and not be allowed to hold any other federal office, elected or appointed, for 10 years, and will also lose all congressional benefits, including health and pension.


We the undersigned urge Congress to pass this constitutional amendment and to send it on to the individual states for their approval.
