Boycott History Channel

To:  History Channel, A&E Television Networks

History (also called The History Channel) has a program called Last Days of Earth. The program explores potential apocalyptic scenarios.

During their exploration of Global Warming, they made comments that Global Warming deniers are the same as the tobacco apologists who said that tobacco was harmless, and also comparable to Holocaust deniers.

We find this comparison to be objectionable and demand a public apology in multiple media formats, including on the front page of their website and the various channels that air that program, plus either that they edit that segment out of future airings, or cancel that program's airing entirely, as well as the editing or cancellation of any other programs or segments that say the same thing.

If the demands in this petition are not met, we will boycott the History Channel, it's websites, any stores, subsidiaries, and parent organizations.
