Petition to Build New NHL Arena in Hartford, Connecticut

To:  Connecticut State Legislature

We, the Hartford Whalers Booster Club, in order to get an NHL team in Hartford, Connecticut, submit that we need a new arena which meets NHL standards for capacity (18-20,000) and safety standards for public use. Therefore we, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge Connecticut State Leaders to act now to support the building of such an arena in Hartford along with the City of Hartford and private investors.
