Equal Treatment Under the Law

To:  Attorney General of the State of Indiana

Being that there is video evidence that officer Melborne Hunnicutt fondled himself in a public place, violating IC 35-45-4-1, public indecency, a class A misdemeanor.
And being that there is a sign admittance to said act, violating IC 35-45-4-1
And being that the Mayor of the City of Huntington, Indiana has failed to see that the laws be executed.
I am requesting that the Attorney General of the State of Indiana immediately investigate and act accordingly in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana on this situation.
