IFI Constitution Amendment

To:  IFI members

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The current IFI constitution requires proof of intent to punish infractions on the part of the Imam (Rule 7,E:2)while no such proof is required for the ordinary member (Rule 5,F). We would like to propose an amendment to the current constitution.

Amendment: Proof of intent should be a requirement for all or none.
