IRS ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS

It’s time for a televised town hall meeting with the IRS. There are too many questions that are going unanswered. We have the right to ask these questions; however the IRS has conveniently avoided or made it impossible to get a straight answer. Or they refer you to their web site. (Good luck!) But no straight answers. We could eliminate the time and expense of litigation if they would just answer our questions. Instead they either hang up on you, or run away and call security... All of the questions, when asked of the IRS, are answered the same. They respond by saying, "you are raising frivolous issues", or "we aren’t going to discuss constitutional issues", or "the courts have ruled", but they NEVER just give an honest, truthful answer. They say things like, “everyone knows they have to pay taxes” or “everyone should pay their fair share”, but that’s not an answer when asked to “show me the law”!

The questions are too numerous to list. Here are a few that they avoid and refuse to answer.

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK THESE QUESTIONS AND GET A CIVIL ANSWER, INSTEAD OF GETTING THE RUNAROUND!

Questions:

What code section requires the average American to pay the income tax?

What code section shows the liability of the average American for the income tax?

What code section requires Americans to keep books and records?

What code section requires Americans to make a return?

What code section requires the average American to submit to withholding?

What code section states that Americans can not claim “exempt” from withholding?

What code section authorizes IRS agents to decide if an American validly claimed “exempt” on a W-4?

Can all information on a tax return be used against those who file?

If all information on a tax return can be used against those who file, why would this not conflict with the 5th Amendment which prohibits the government from compelling Americans to be witnesses against themselves?

What is the meaning of voluntary compliance?

Does “voluntary compliance” and “compulsory compliance” both mean the same thing? And if not, what is the difference?

Is the income tax based on self assessment, if so, what does “self-assessment” mean ?

What code section authorizes an IRS employee to determine, on his own authority, what someone might owe in income taxes?

What Code Section allows IRS employees to determine that what a person owes in income taxes, is greater than what they put on their own tax return.

We demand a public forum with the IRS in which they answer these questions.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
