Demand for the International Support for Iran’s movement to Freedom and Democracy.

This has started from 12th of June 2009, the 10th presidential elections of Iran, since the 1979 revolution. However sadly, that revolution was stolen by hard-line religious dictators; it took 30 years of oppression and tyranny for Iranian people to say: “...We have had enough!”

Although, hoping for a brighter future, they modestly contributed to their 10th presidential elections in an unforseen 85\% turn out, afterwards they realized that their votes were rigged and the unwanted “Mahmud Ahmadinejad” was shockingly re-elected for another 4 years. As a result, they decided to raise their objection towards the election’s result in a peaceful way.

But the totalitarian Islamic Republic government could not tolerate this action and started to crush the objections straight away. The oppressive regime has been brutally and shamelessly applying violence against Iranian people. Many civilians have been killed and injured in the past few days alone.

Despite the fact that this event has been continuously watched by the people around the World ever since it began, the killings, arrests and bloodshed is still ongoing.

Now that peaceful demonstration has turned into an unprecedented revolutionary movement that is considered to be affecting not only Iran but the whole World.

Therefore, we are demanding every person who believes in Freedom and respect to Human Rights to sign this petition that is supporting the Freedom Movement of Iranian people and consider it as an international humanitarian responsibility.
