We, the undersigned, support Sean Isbell's cause and believe that all charges should be dismissed due to lack of evidence.
We believe there is reasonable doubt that he committed the crime of theft of an at risk adult and that his mother, Carol Isbell, committed crimes of forgery (of promissory note), theft and multiple violations of the Uniform Tranfers to Minors Act - Co.
We hereby request that his case be reviewed and that his mother, Carol Isbell, be charged with the above mentioned crimes, for which there is evidence.
