To:  Prime Minister Banjamin Netanyahu

WE THE UNDERSIGNED hereby Petition Your Excellency, Prime Minister Netanyahu, to become the leader of the world to seek “reconciliation” rather than “peace” in the Middle East.

RELEVANT FACTS:
For the 61 years that Israel has existed, the Middle East has been without peace. For all the good intentions and all the powerful people who have exerted influence on the area, the Israelis and Palestinians, in particular, have not had a real peace.

It appears that the Israelis and the Palestinians want to live in the Middle East in harmony. Perhaps it is the political process that stands in the way. There have been so many labored efforts at “peace” that such future efforts seem doomed to fail before they have gotten underway.

PETITION FOR RECONCILIATION:
We encourage you to have conversations for reconciliation. We encourage you to stand for justice and equality of rights among men. We ask you to lead the world in an effort to allow the people of the Middle East to reconcile differences and live together as fraternal human beings and, from our common religious point of view, as children of God

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
