James Bond Region 1 DVD petition

United States and Canadian James Bond fans are once again being given the short end of the stick. The James Bond movies are currently being released around the world in the form of the new Ultimate Edition DVDs.
Improvements in the Ultimate Edition include picture and sound quality enhancement for all of the classic movies. The picture has been newly restored to it's original color and vibrancy, some would say to a better than original condition. The sound tracks have been updated to feature 5.1 and DTS for all the films including the one's that were only available with mono sound previously. As well as many new special features.

However the rest of the world will enjoy the option of purchasing the movies as an entire collection in a snazzy attaché case. Where as the Region 1 purchasers will only have a lame offering of 4 packages containing 5 DVD each. The Bond series will not be available here for purchase as an entire collection because of a staggered release dates and certainly not packaged in the special manner that consumers in the UK, Europe, Australia, and Japan currently are offered.

Regardless of your opinion of the current state of the Bond franchise, surely everyone would agree; that we the people of the Region 1 DVD release deserve the opportunity to purchase the Ultimate Edition DVD's as a collection with option of the Limited Edition Attaché Case...

We the people of DVD Region 1 dismayed by this prospect respectfully request the distributors of the James Bond collection consider the possibility of making available the complete DVD collection and/with the limited edition Attaché case here as well. It is an insult that the avid Bond fans and collectors of the Americas are given such little regard.
Please make this unique collection with this special packaging an option to DVD Region 1 as well.
