Brutual Attack on Aftab Chandel ( Mr G.Nabi Azad Hand over the Case to CBI)

I am appealing to all the people who favor democracy and human rights of a mentally unfit person who was attacked by four people in a broad daylight in Udhampur and fighting for his life in GMC Ludhiana to sign this petition and request the state government to hand over the case to CBI for proper investigation as this case involves Meenakshi's Brother and to mention that Meenakshi Case is being investigated by CBI where Aftab was Accused of Kidnapping her. So both the cases should be investigated by CBI.
