I. Statement of findings:

1. Whereas, the Craigslist Jobs Forum (herein referred to as "JoFo") community culture has been drastically altered in an unwelcome manner with the switch to "R+" status;

2. Whereas, a spectre is haunting the JoFo in the form of the one known as "RedTard," "RedFord," and "BAAT TARD" ;

3. Whereas, this spectre has presented itself a nuisance to the JoFo community members;

4. Whereas, the community members represented herein have determined the above outlined situation can only be resolved through the following measures;

III. In order to form a more perfect JoFo, do hereby demand:

1. The immediate termination of "R+" status and restoration of the formerly ascribed "R" status to the JoFo;

2. The immediate cessation of handle and account banning/suspension resulting from flags originating from
a. one IP range;
b. known free proxy servers;
c. any known RedTard1986 handle and account;

3. The immediate restoration of all accounts and handles banned as a result of actions undertaken by RedTard1986;

4. The immediate deletion of all known RedTard1986 handles and accounts, including, but not limited to:

5. An immediate apology from Craig, to be posted on the JoFo.


IV. These demands are non-negotiable, excepting items 2-5.


V. In the event that some or all of these demands are not met, we the undersigned reserve to right to:

1. Engage in massive trolling, in the JoFo and elsewhere;

2. Reestablish our community in more hospitable climes (take over an as-of-yet undetermined "R" forum);

3. Defame and deride one "Craig Newmark"


VI. A resort to these methods will be determined through a JoFo community vote, on the basis of

1. A simple majority in the event that demand (1) of Section III is not met; and

2. A two-thirds majority in the event that demand (1) of Section III is met alone or along with one or more of demands (2-5) excepting the full list of demands outlined in section III.
