To:  U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, U.S. President

We, the undersigned, do hereby petition all members of the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate, and the U.S. President to immediately begin the process of removing the federal judges in the 9th Circuit Court in San Francisco.

We also demand that the U.S. President provide qualified judges for the federal judiciary, and that the U.S. Senate only confirm those appointments if the candidates have not engaged previously in promoting a personal, activist agenda from the bench.

Many judges have attempted to make law rather than enforce the law. Many have also attempted to help their own activist causes. These activities by federal judges are unacceptable and must not be tolerated by the people or the elected representatives of the people.

Congress must act immediately to protect our nation from judges who would rewrite the Constitution to suit their own purposes, and who continually try to rewrite the laws Congress has created.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
