To:  United States Congress

We, the Undersigned, do hereby affix our signatures and endorsement of the movement to require the Congress and the President of the United States of America, to pass legislation creating a signed Opt-IN requirement of the Post Office, prohibiting them from delivering to homes or businesses, Junk Mail without written autherization from the addressee.

Junk Mail promugulates the deforestation of our lands.
Junk Mail clogs our landfills.
Junk Mail is a nuisance to all, and a waste of business time and money.

We should not have to jump through hoops to stop this from entering our private properties, rather the United States Post Office should be the one to beg for permissions, singley, from each individual and in writing for said permission.

No Response is NOT an automatic 'Yes', permission must include a signature, verified and signed as valid by each postal carrier, from each of his or her route patrons, and forgery shall be considered Mail Fraud.

As such, we hereby petition Congress to act on behalf of the people of this nation, and the lands and forests of this nation to end this blight, without reservation or ammendment, immediatly and with due diligence.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
