Dear Chief Election Commissioner of India,

This is with respect to your recent decision of including a major part of Kalyan city in the Bhiwandi Loksabha constituency in Maharashtra state when a separate Kalyan Loksabha constituency is in existence.
As a resident of the Kalyan city, I wish to bring to your notice that, this decision is not at all motivating for the residents of Kalyan City.
If not corrected, it will definitely reflect in increased tendency of residents of Kalyan in not voting, as this decision is defeating the purpose of Democracy.
Why would a resident of Kalyan city vote for the neighbor constituency?
I wish to protest strongly on behalf of all the residents of Kalyan city on this regard.
I request you to please revert back your decision and issue corrective orders for including the separated part of the Kalyan city into the Kalyan Loksabha constituency instead of Bhiwandi constituency.

Would it not be unlawful and embarrassing to ask residents of any city (consider yourself voting for the neighboring constituency), when their own city has a separate Loksabha constituency?
