Make the politics aware of spam

To:  All polititians

Let all politicians take off anti-spam filters from their mail systems to make them aware that most received e-mail nowadays is spam, that a lot of precious working time is lost dealing with that which could be used in developing the economy and that firm measures must be taken against the spam problem, such as fixing IPs and make everybody pay for the spent bandwidth.
