UEFA Presidancy Petition

It has come to our attention that people don't like Manchester City. This is mostly coming from England's so called 'top 4' Premiership Clubs' fans.

In an effort to equal the playing field we, the undersigned, would like MCFC_Goatboy of Vital Manchester City ( http://www.manchestercity.vitalfootball.co.uk ) to become the new UEFA President and restore order to the footballing community. This would start with banning from European competition any club with debts over £4.50.
