We, the undersigned, urge Canadian Justice Minister, the Honourable Irwin Cotler, the Honourable Andy Mitchell, Minister of Indian Affairs, and the Honourable Bill Graham Minister of Foreign Affairs, to oppose any attempt made by the United States government to extradite Canadian citizen Mr. John Graham. It is our belief that Mr. Graham will be denied a fair and just trial in the United States. Should the United States Department of Justice seek Mr. Graham's extradition from Canada, we would urge the Canadian authorities to thoroughly scrutinize any and all evidence brought against Mr. Graham.
