Legacy of Kain: Defiance was released in 2003. It sated the desires of LOK fans everywhere, who were craving to know more about their cult series of games. But the game itself was left at a crucial point in the storyline; it was left open-ended and ready for a sequel, leaving people to whet their palettes impatiently.

Years have passed, yet no wind of another installment has met the ears of the masses. On the internet people are left to their own devices, forging finales of their own. It seems Defiance really was the end of the line - we just didn't recognise it...

The truth is it wasn't. Soon after Defiance was released, work began on a sequel entitled Legacy of Kain: The Dark Prophecy. Don't believe me? Then look at the portfolios I have linked to in the navigation bar. They show screenshots and concept work on the aborted project.

This petition is to show those in charge that the LOK fanbase is still alive and thriving. We want more and will support any Legacy of Kain titles in the future. The creators don't seem to realise that they have spawned a cult, which will not be satisfied until the story is completed.
