In light of the increasingly large fanbase of Japanese rock Band L'arc~en~Ciel here in South East Asia, in particular Manila, Philippines, this is petition is to verify that the signatories below wish to see L'arc~en~Ciel live in Manila, Philippines. We ask for the signatures of those who are fans of the band and are willing to watch them play in Manila, Philippines, even if it takes until 2011. This petition isn't limited to residents of the Philippines, but anyone who wishes to sign may do so. With everyone's support, this dream can come true!
