John Leech is a liar and should apologise

To:  John Leech MP

We demand that the Liberal Democrat MP for Withington, John Leech, apologise for being a Part-Time MP and a Full-Time Liar. Mr Leech in typical fashion didn't vote in the Second or Third readings of the Climate Change Bill and then claimed he did in a taxpayer funded leaflet. He has let his constituents down and must apologise.
