We are here to express our disappointment for your decision to kill the character Tara on Buffy The Vampire Slayer. The relationship between Willow and Tara was one of the most beautiful things that happened in this show and it’s just unfair that it ended this way. When we found out that Tara was killed in “Seeing red” we didn’t believe because she was so important in this show that loosing her seemed to be a nightmare.
They had shown us how beautiful a gay couple can be, without any stereotype that we often see on other shows. It was so innovative! Everything seemed to be perfect but suddenly we received the terrible news that she was killed accidentally. We were expecting this series to be different, more open-minded, but now it turned out that we’re wrong.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer is, with no doubt, the best TV show we have now but unfortunately the next season won’t be the same if we don’t have Tara back.
Please, rethink about your decision and give us back this amazing character Tara, who we all love. We want to see Willow happy again, together with her girlfriend.
