Request for independent and international investigation of the appartment building fire in Ludwigshafen am Rhein

February 18, 2008

Dear Secretary-General,

We would like to bring to your attention the case of the nine innocent Turkish children and women which have died in the appartment building fire in the German city of Ludwigshafen am Rhein.

According to independent reports in the news papers such as the German paper Bild-Zeitung
(http://www.bild.de/BILD/news/vermischtes/2008/02/13/feuer-ludwigshafen/phantombild-angefertigt,geo=3750188.html )

and the
Turkish paper Huerriyet (www.hurriyet.de )

5 children have seen a man which might have said "I am German" may have committed an arson attack against Turkish women and children and afterwards escaped to the nearby Aral gas station.

A nurse from the German "St. Annastift Hospital" in Ludwigshafen has taken the eye witness report of two Turkish girls which have both said, that they have seen a man comitting arson attack against the house in which only Turkish immigrants in Germany used to live.

This report written by a nurse was published today in the German Bild paper

which have confirmed an arson attack.

Even the regional state prosecutor Lothar Liebig was not able to exclude the possibilty of an arson attack during a press conference held on February 14, 2008.

Perhaps Turkish groups might have announced revenge or retaliation in conern of a possible arson attack.

This is the reason for this request to deploy special UN POLICE investigators to the German city of Ludwigshafen am Rhein to investigate all circumstances and the reason which have caused this fatal fire in which nine innocent Turkish women and children passed away under horrible conditions.

Already in the past German citizen have committed several arson attacks in the city of Moelln and Solingen. Unfortunely in other cases German citizen have committed serveral arson attacks against the refugees centers in Germany.

The country of Germany and the European Union have made political and religious freedoms important elements in its diplomatic relations and we are gravely concerned about violations against such basic rights in the country of Germany.

In the light of these concerns, we respecfully ask you to investigate the circumstances which led to the fire and the death of nine innocent Turkish women and children from the country of Turkey.

Sehr geehrter Herr UN General Sekretär

wir möchten Ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf den Fall der schlimmsten Brandkatastrophe in der Stadt Ludwigshafen nach dem Ende
des 2. Welt-Krieges bringen, bei der 9 türkische Frauen und Kinder ums Leben kamen.

Nach unabhängigen Zeitungsberichten der Zeitungen Bild

und der türkischen Tageszeitung Huerriyet (www.hurriyet.de)

sollen 5 Kinder einen Mann gesehen haben, der möglicherweise sagte "Ich bin deutsch." und möglicherweise einen Brandanschlag gegen türkische Frauen und Kinder und im Anschluss an eine nahegelegene Aral Tankstelle geflüchtet sein soll.

Eine Krankenschwester des deutschen "St. Annastift"-Krankenhauses in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, nahm den Augenzeugen-Bericht der 2 türkischen Mädchen (8,9) auf, wonach ein Mann den Brandanschlag auf das Haus verübt haben soll, in dem ausschliesslich türkische Immigranten in Deutschland lebten.

Dieser Bericht geschrieben von einer Krankenschwester wurde heute von der Bild-Zeitung veröffentlicht

Auch der leitenden Oberstaatsanwalt Lothar Liebig, konnte bei einer Pressekonferenz am Freitag, 14. Februar 2008 eine "fahrlässige" Brandstiftung als mögliche Brandursache nicht ausschliessen.

Möglicherweise eine Türkische Gruppe hat RACHE-AKTE als Antwort auf den möglichen Brandanschlag in Ludwigshafen am Rhein angekündigt.

Dies ist der Grund weswegen wir Sie BITTEN, UN Sonder-Polizei-Ermittler nach Ludwigshafen zu entsenden, die die Umstände und Gründe die zu dem schlimmen Feuer führten, das den Tod von neun türkischen Frauen und Kindern forderte, unabhängig untersuchen und aufklären.

Bereits in der Vergangenheit haben deutsche Bürger mehrere Brandanschläge in Solingen und Mölln gegen türkische Bürger verübt. Unglücklicherweise in anderen weiteren Fällen haben deutsche Bürger Brandanschläge gegen Asylbewerber-Heime verübt.

Deutschland und die Europäische Union haben politische und religiöse Freiheiten zu wichtigen Bestandteilen in ihren diplomatischen
Beziehungen gemacht. Wir sind sehr weitgehend über die Verletzung elementarer Grundrechte in Deutschland besorgt.

Im Angesicht dieser Bedenken, bitten wir Sie mit allen Respekt die Ursache und den Grund zu untersuchen, die zu dieser schlimmen Brandkatastrophe und dem Tod neun unschuldiger Türkischer Frauen und Kinder führten.
