We the undersigned concerned citizens of Suffolk County respectfully request the Suffolk County Legislature, IMMEDIATELY and PERMANENTLY, with urgency, HALT the sale of the currently designated Legacy Village taxpayerowned County Property, as surplus. This proposal will irreversibly damage the quality of the Carmans River Watershed and negatively impact the quality of life for surrounding communities, particularly the Longwood School District.
