WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND that ISEA 2009 immediately conducts a proper and competent review of abstracts
that may have been prejucially reviewed, inclusive of but not limited to BALKAN.OS - A REVOLUTION IN CONSCIOUSNESS.

WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND that ISEA 2009 immediately and properly reforms the unaccountable, opaque and incompetent review system
that operates according to the utterly corrupt principles promulgated by large scale multi-national capitalist corporations
which encourage and facilitate the ubiquitous cronyism, corruption, and incompetence, with a transparent, participatory
and open system, that reflects the humanistic and moral principles ISEA claims to advocate.

Until such time, WE THE PEOPLE, hold ISEA and its Reviewers culpable of the crime of systematic and \UN\CONSCIOUS MEMOCIDE.
