Fix the glitches on MarioKartWii tracks

As we have bought Mario Kart Wii. We feel it is Nintendo's obligation to ensure that all bugs are fixed and eradicated.
As seen on the track Grumble Volcano and recently Mushroom Gorge, there is a glitch allowing players to skip out a part of the course. This gives people an unfair advantage and ensures certain victory over those who want to race correctly. There is no way the casual gamers could even get close to the top ten rankings.
It should be possible to "patch" this and stop this glitch. We know its entirely possible due to the time clock being fixed from re-setting.
