We, the daily commuters from Medchal route find it really difficult to avail the MMTS service to Hitech City.

In this context, we would like to highlight the following points:

1.There are no direct trains from Medchal to Lingampally
2.The gap between the two connecting trains is too long i.e. passengers who come from Medchal route to Secunderabad have to wait for the next connecting train for approximately half an hour or more. Same happens for passengers travelling from Hitech City to Medchal.
3.Very few trains running in the Medchal route.

We request you to bring about the following changes to the existing service:

1.Introduce direct trains from Medchal to Lingampally as we have from Lingampally to Hyderabad and Lingampally to Falaknuma
OR
Waiting time be reduced between the two connecting trains i.e. passengers who are coming from Lingampally and are getting down at Secunderabad to catch the Bolarum train should not wait for more than 10 mins and vice versa.

2.Have more trains from Bolaram to Secunderabad at least during the peak hours

We, the undersigned, are the commuters who are travelling in this route for work daily and spend 2-3 hours only in travelling on the roads due to heavy traffic jam. Introduction of better train service would help us in reaching our destination at a much lesser time and in a more comfortable way. We sign this petition to urge the railway authorities and the Government to pursue the aforementioned issues and work towards providing solutions to the same.

(Once we reach around 500 signatures, we can make a representation to the Indian Railway authorities about these issues.)
