we are more than glad to know and welcome the rule from moef of pre-inspection certification of waste paper,ewaste and other waste imported in india.

This is the bold move and we highly appreciate this.
It is very heartening to see that MoEF has exerted its powers given to it under Section 5 of the Environmental (Protection) Act, 1986 in the right direction to defend our environment and communities against the powerful lobby pushing for unsustainable development for short term economic gains.

We, appreciate MoEF for taking this bold decision against an environmental violation.We extend our support and solidarity for all such positive actions.

your actions and decesions will help the recyclable and recovered paper industry with genuine trade and eliminate dumping of medical and bio waste in India. we have seen time and time again that this activities happen on regular basis and we the final paper traders and users have to deal with the waste after it is being imported by brokers and indentors.
Though this might be an uncomfortable situation to few but overall for the nation it is important and assuring the well being of the people who have to deal with contaminated waste.
false people dealing in this business will be out of the chain leaving the genuine recyclers a,nd processors.
I also would like to extend my greeting to all your administrative staff dealing with this case and their support in this matter. I am sure you certainly will have people lobbying against this implementation but nevertheless it a wonderfull feeling to see actually india being part of the Basel Convention fullfilling its duty for the people and tradesmen of India.
