Harris County, Texas District Attorney Chuck Rosenthal has been exposed in a racist, sexist, pornographic, and adulterous e-mail scandal and subsequent attempted cover-ups to destroy such emails. He has also violated the law by misusing county property to campaign on county time. Recently, D.A. Rosenthal circumvented the justice system he is charge to uphold, by dismissing a Republican Chief Justice and his wifes criminal case that was indicted by a grand jury.
Mr. Rosenthal has long been suspected of using his power, position and office for racially biased actions, overzealous prosecutions, personal misuse of employees time during working hours, and illegal campaign violations. Mr. Rosenthal has embarrassed and humiliated himself, his office, the city of Houston and the people of Harris County, Texas.
The climate and atmosphere of inherent racism is so intrinsic in the Harris County District Attorneys Office that a removal of all senior staff is necessary to ensure that there is true administration of justice. Some of the incidents of inherent racism in the Harris County District Attorneys Office include Assistant District Attorney, Mike Trent sending an email to all prosecutors referring to African American jurors as Canadians which is a code name for the N-word. It was also, Assistant District Attorney Kelly Seiglers husband who sent Mr. Rosenthal racist and pornographic emails to which Mrs. Seigler did not denounce her husbands actions. Mrs. Seigler also used questionable logic and tactics to remove an African American from a jury panel because of his race. Mrs. Seigler is seeking the Republican Nomination to replace Chuck Rosenthal.
The citizens of Harris County, Texas have no faith and confidence in the ability of Chuck Rosenthal and his entire executive (senior) staff to administer criminal justice in a fair and unbiased manner.
We, the Citizens of Harris County, Texas, are demanding the immediate removal of Harris County District Attorney Chuck Rosenthal along with his senior executive staff. We are also requesting a federal investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United Sates Department of Justice for constitutional violations by Harris County District Attorney Chuck Rosenthal along with his senior executive staff.
