The MSN Messenger is the most popular and widely used chat messenger in the world. It is created and maintained by Microsoft.
Not only is it available for the Windows operating system, it is also available for Apple's new operating system: Mac OS X. There are also open source versions of MSN Messenger for Linux.
It has been over 2 years, and there are *still* features which are not supported in the Mac OS X version: MSN games, custom backgrounds, custom emoticons, skins, and display pictures.
These missing features give us (Mac OS X users) the feeling that we have been left out, unable to express ourselves accurately using only default emoticons, and the feeling that we must have Windows to have all the features of MSN Messenger. We are stuck with a unchangable plain interface, and unable to see or use display pictures.
We urge the Microsoft Corporation to update their MSN Messenger for Mac OS X to have the exact same features as the Windows version.
