We the undersigned, being faithful Catholics of the Diocese of Middlesbrough have a particular attachment to the celebration of the Holy Mass in the Latin Tradition. We respectfully request the Bishop of Middlesbrough to make provision for the weekly celebration of the Holy Mass in accordance with the 1962 edition of the Missale Romanum in the major centres of population of the Diocese on Sundays and Holydays.
