We the undersigned have signed this petition to express our disgust and distain towards video game developers, EA Sports regarding the creation and handling of issues on their games title NASCAR 09.

The profile corruption problems appear to be not only widespread, but completely across the board, and upon purchasing the game, it's just a question of "when", not "if" the profile freezing will occur. This effective renders the game unplayable.

If it isn't bad enough that this problems exist in the first place, but EA Sports are refusing to take responsibility despite this problem occuring to every user at the exact same point in the game.

Please rectify this situation before stronger action is taken.
