NBA Jam

To:  Midway, video game developers

It is high time that NBA Jam, one of the most beloved video game franchises of all time, be revived and created anew for the current generation. The series not only brought fast-paced, over-the-top, addictive basketball action to hundreds of thousands of gamers, it also penetrated pop culture consciousness with phrases like "He's on fire!" and "From downtown".

It is our conviction that a reboot of this franchise using the latest graphics rendering and gameplay technologies would prove wildly successful if the game retained the wacky, fantastical style of its predecessors. We hope that game developers will see the potential that this nearly forgotten series has in today's developing gaming market.
