This petition is to the Board of the Village of Northbrook, IL. We the undersigned are requesting you consider building a dog-friendly area (aka Dog Park). Currently, the Village does not have an off-leash area for dogs, and owners must pay exorbitant non-resident rates in order to obtain a permit to use one in another area. Please consider our request to build an off-leash park area for our 4-legged friends and their owners to enjoy.
