Reduce Marijuana Penalties in New Hampshire

I am a New Hampshire citizen, and I support ending criminal penalties for possession of marijuana in small quantities.





(Under the legislation we are supporting, possession of 1.25 ounces or less would become a civil violation punishable only by a fine.)
