Opposing Unfunded COAH mandates

To:  NJ Legislature

We, the citizens of New Jersey, believe that affordable housing issues should be handled by the State Legislature and not in the Courts by appointed Judges, just as it is handled in every other State in the United States. We do not believe that the State Constitution gives citizens a Constitutional Right to subsidized housing.

In signing this petition, we demand that the New Jersey State
Constitution be amended to make clear that there is no constitutional
right to subsidized or affordable housing.
