Save our STAR!

Albany's new budget eliminates the STAR property tax rebates that saved homeowners hundreds of dollars in taxes every Fall.

We pay enough in taxes! The special State Commission on Property Tax Relief (the Suozzi Commission) said that New Yorkers are the highest taxed in the country and our property taxes are 78% higher than the national average.

Albany should restore our property tax rebates, and find other ways to cut spending to balance the budget.
