To all fellow residents of West Pearland : A "Low Income Apartment Project" has been proposed at the intersection of McHard Road and Kingsley by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. It is heart breaking to see a beautiful neighborhoods such as Shadow Creek Ranch/ Silverlake/ Southern Tails/ Country Place etc having a "Low Income Apartment Project" right outside. This is going to greatly affect the property prices in the surrounding neighborhood as well as impact schools and other public facilities in this area . I am asking for ALL of your help in writing to the City & State Officials against the construction of such a facility in this neighborhood. Please take a minute to sign this petition.
