NO CLIMATE CHANGE TREATY

To:  SENATE AND PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

To the UNITED STATES SENATE AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:

We the undersigned People of the United States do hereby respectfully request and direct you to NOT enter into a treaty with other nations or the UNITED NATIONS to in anyway control, regulate or restrict carbon emissions of the PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA or otherwise restrict our use of fuels and electricity etc OF THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Whereas such a treaty may require UNITED STATES CITIZENS TO RELINQUISH OUR RIGHTS WE ENJOY UNDER OUR CONSTITUTION,

Whereas such a treaty will restrict our right to the pursuit of happiness.

Whereas such a treaty will encumber us and future generations to adequately house, feed and provide transportation and defend ourselves.

And whereas such a treaty will subject The United States of America to international lawsuits to enforce emissions levels and other issues.

WE THEREFORE REQUEST AND DIRECT THE UNITED STATES SENATE THE THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES TO NOT ENTER INTO A CLIMATE CHANGE TREATY WITH OTHER NATIONS AND OR THE UNITED NATIONS.
