HugoMeister for #nsm Moderator

According to recent events on #nsm, located on irc.drshnaps.com, it has come into account the need of another moderator that actually knows how to moderate. #nsm has been suffering of cancer caused by regular douchebags, n00bs and the search for the perfect smily (last one usually resulting into the overused blishing smily until members whose nicks start with S and ends with a number can't stand). While these problems keep going up and up, regular moderator Concerto sits all the day at the roof of his penthouse doing who knows what, while Harvest disappears on the most inappropriate situations. Nintendude73456 or whatever number his nick ends, local +h, also tends to pass most of his time not being as local as it was first expressed.

Without much more to add, I would like to nominate Mister Jugo, better known as HugoMeister, as #nsm moderator 2008-20whateveryearyouleaveusforgoodordie. He's skilled, knows how to judge, and is single ;3

HugoMeister promises us a chatroom free of douchebags, the lack of need of the /ignore ability, clean streets, fondness to owls and less charging-lazors. Vote for HugoMeister as Moderator of #nsm and he won't let us down, unless he actually do let us down.
