A petition to end pop up icons.

Dear US Congress
This petition is to support a bill restricting American websites to a maximum of two "pop-up" advertisements. This is to take effect on all American websites. Too often people's computers are crashed by hundreds of worthless, counter-productive advertisements, and no punishment is made. Any website with more than two pop ups should suffer a fine, and if someone's computer has been crashed by "pop-up overload" then the website is to be shut down. Please sign this petition to stop the scams and worthless pop ups.
